Carmel Estate Interior. Located a short distance inland from Carmel by the Sea, this magnificent California estate features teak doors, ceilings, windows, cabinets
and mouldings provided by East Teak Fine Hardwoods, Inc. Architect Peter Pennoyer out of New York designed the estate, in partnership with The Skomsvold
Group in Fresno, CA, and The Weisman Group Interior Design Inc. in San Francisco, CA. In preparation for the build, East Teak custom milled
8,300 linear feet of teak moulding and provided 65 sheets of teak plywood. In addition, nearly 1500 boarded feet of rough teak lumber was
used during the home’s construction.
